Get a piece of blank paper.
On the front side of the paper, draw a picture of your worst fear. (Stick figures are optional). This fear might keep you up at night or stop you from changing your life.
On the back side of the paper draw a picture of something that makes you happy. Something that brings a smile to your face.
On the fear side, what is the chance that what you fear will happen? Some people think of dying or illness or loss of a job or loved one or failing? Does worrying about what might happen make you feel better? Does it affect your decisions in a relationship, your career, your hobbies? Let go of the fears that are holding you back and flip the paper over.
On the back side of your paper, look at what you have drawn. Bask in the sunlight of happiness. Paint a big smile on your face. Now think about how you create more of these moments. How can you be doing what brings happiness into life? Do it today? Pin the drawing up over your desk, hang it on your refrigerator, tell someone about.
I can remember a voice message left on my phone line at work. The message was from my grandson. I left the message on the phone. Whenever I needed a boost, I went to the phone and listened to that message. Wow!!!!! What a life changer!!!
Focus on the positive. Turn your problems into opportunities and create happiness in your life.
Smile!
